One of the difficulties I have found cooking plant based is trying to keep oil out of the food but at the same time keep it tasty. This includes the oil in salad dressing. I have to rely on seasoning and my sister-in-law, soon to produce with her husband and my brother the video series Exploring with Eric and Andrea, turned me on to Dr. Bragg's nutritional yeast. It caught my attention due to the taste, a little like parmesan cheese, and the huge B vitamin content. Dr. Bragg offers many other products as well. And Eric and Andrea are going to be travelling the USA in their very cool van and we will be posting their updates regularly. That series should start next year.
