This is the diet I follow. The doctor has some Youtube videos out that you can watch to get an idea of what he recommends. He also has a book. I started vegan about four months ago but after watching his video I immediately dropped oils and nuts. He recommends: no meat, no foul, no fish, no dairy, no oils and no nuts. And no avocado. Watch his video on Youtube and you will understand how he came to his diet conclusions via the clinical experiment he personally conducted. -R
I just encountered this group about a month ago. I think they are legit and you can help clean the oceans and get this very cool bracelet for donating to the cause. The oceans are full of plastic which is apparently a huge problem. Pretty disgusting actually. Please check them out. I am waiting for my bracelet and I will let you know when it arrives. -R
4/5/18 I received my bracelet! Didn't take too long, maybe a week. The bracelet looks just like the picture below and is strong and high quality. It came in a nice little pouch and I also received a decal...which I will place on my bike. I am very happy to have helped remove a pound of trash from our oceans. Now to get one for my daughter and friends!
I use this exercise routine and have been for probably eight months. The results have been incredible in maintaining muscle mass and healing old injuries. I know Wayne Caparas, the author, and this book has been a labor of love for him. It is THOROUGHLY science-based. And what a time saver. With Wayne's recommendations, I do in 30 minutes a week what would have ordinarily taken me three hours. There is also great video series available to take you through the motions of performing your reps and sets correctly. I really mean it when I say this exercise routine will probably add a number of healthy years to my life and yours. -R
